Gallery

Our artists and community requested they had a place to showcase their work… and so we built it!

THE GALLERY

Gallery

Back in 2019, in our old venue on Hanover Street, we built a large, purpose-built gallery and used it for just about everything! From large scale sculptural work to photography, from painting to performance we showed it all, and it went from strength to strength.

Here’s a picture of it looking great! But then we had to move buildings (it’s the nature of being a meanwhile space… we have to be ready to move with a months notice). This has pushed us to look for new ways to exhibit people’s work, and we’re pleased to say that we’ve continued to test and trial new approaches and venues to display work.
CURRENT EXHIBITION?

Reception Gallery

We’re now based in The Old Argos Building (3-7 Cooke Lane), next to the shopping centre. It’s a fab building and we’ve created a small gallery in the reception area.

We have also been testing out new spaces in town to exhibit in, including Airedale Shopping Centre, and the Old Beales Department Store (we love re-purposing old buildings!)
