This autumn sees the start of an 8 week watercolour painting course at Keighley Creative. Led by artist, Linda Hollingshead, attendees, whether beginners or experienced painters, will be encouraged to paint what they love and develop their own unique style.

Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced painters (Limited spaces available)
Fee: £130 for 8 weeks (£16.25 per week)
Bring along your favourite watercolour materials, see the list below for the recommended kit. If you already paint, please bring along your usual watercolour painting materials. You can pick up materials easily from local independent suppliers like The Art Shop Skipton and The Art Shop Ilkley or alternatively try The Works, The Range or Hobbycraft.

What you’ll learn:
- Fundamentals of Watercolour: Learn the basics of watercolour painting, from selecting the right paper to mastering water control;
- Technique Mastery: Explore a variety of techniques such as wet-on-wet, dry brush and mark-making to create pleasing effects;
- Creating Impact: How to make paintings pop with life and vibrancy;
- Subject Exploration: Paint a range of subjects that inspire you, we use a sketchbook/journal as a place to explore & discover what you love to paint;
- Personalized Feedback: Receive individual guidance to improve your work.
