Come and see Keighley Pride’s unique and beautiful flag, created from hundreds of handmade patches, made by local people and children this spring and summer. The patches that make up the flag are a celebration of people’s LGBTIQA+ inspirations and featuring local figures, organisations, friends, family, and peoples’ personal journeys. Sew Keighley Pride exhibition at Cliffe Castle, marks an historic moment in the UK’s relationship with gender, sexuality and identity. Add your own thoughts, ideas, ribbons….or use the flag to create your own images in the drop-in workshops hosted by Sophie Powell from the ICIS project.
