Join Louisa Rose Mackleston, founder of Northern Fortress Films, for this workshop that is designed to make you think about the careers and opportunities available in Bradford’s growing film industry. The workshop will be followed by a Q&A to give you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.

Louisa Rose Mackleston has been an Assistant Director in Film & TV for the past four years. She founded Northern Fortress Films in 2021 and directed and wrote her award winning film Ruth & Safiya that was selected for Leeds International Film Festival. In 2021, Louisa was awarded the Young Change Maker’s Fellowship by the Virgin Money Foundation to support young people in Bradford to follow their dreams in Film & TV.
