Maker Fayre and Open Studios 30 Nov 2024

Open Studios and Maker Fayre

Keighley Creative has been planning some festive fun for local folk this winter. We are pleased to announce that we will be running another Open Studios and Maker Fayre event on Saturday 30th November 2024.

Downstairs we will be welcoming a selection of makers selling their interesting, handmade and unique wares, perfectly timed for some Christmas shopping. Items for sale include jewellery, gifts, homewares and art and makers this time include:

  • Miss Hue Designs;
  • Wild Rose Garden;
  • Indigo Star Jewellery;
  • Black Craft by CK;
  • Happy Home Studio;
  • Oakfield Crafts;
  • Life and Times of a Yorkshire Lad; and
  • Curiously Colourful.

On the first floor, our local artists will be opening up their studio doors and giving tours of their unique workspaces. This is an amazing opportunity to meet the artists and get to know them and find out more about what inspires their art.

Our studio artists feature on this page of our website:

We are also pleased to announce that this year we will also be running a Christmas craft workshop in collaboration with the Keighley Christmas baubles’ team.

Keighley Christmas Baubles’ team will be running a free workshop

And we will also be opening our new community art exhibition as part of our Arts and Heritage project that visited outdoor spaces around Keighley this summer.

The Open Studios and Maker Fayre event will run 10am till 3pm and it’s free to attend. Just drop in!

And the event will run on the same day as the Christmas Market at the Royal Arcade so why not make a day of it.

The Open Studios and Maker Fayre event will be held at Keighley Creative at 3-7 Cooke Lane (old Argos store opposite New Look), Airedale Shopping Centre, Keighley, BD21 3PF.
