Light up the night craft work at Keighley Creative square post

Light Up The Night craft workshop

On Sunday 15th September, between 11am and 3pm, we will hosting a craft workshop run by local artist and teacher, Carole Griffiths.

The workshop is part of the Keighley Walking Festival as local people will be encouraged to come along to make their own unique light-up flower torches.

Carole is an experienced art teacher and welcomes people of any age and ability. It is a drop-in workshop and there is no charge to attend.

Everyone can then bring their homemade illuminated torch on a community walk on the evening of Thursday 19th September 2024. The walk is part of the Keighley Walking Festival that has been organised by Keighley Town Council. The route will take us through the town centre through areas where we often don’t feel safe walking alone.

Let’s light up the night and feel safer on our streets.

Drop-in to our premises at 3-7 Cooke Lane on Sunday 15th September between 11am and 3pm to make your torch.
