Come and join us for our next Artist Get Together, a fun, friendly social event where local artists can get together to chat and get creative.
In April we are re-launching the event with a new format and we are excited to share what’s to come.
The event will be held on Wednesday 17th April 2024 between 18:30 and 20:30 at our premises on Cooke Lane in Keighley (the old Argos building).
The new Artist Get Together will include:
- “Crit Corner” hosted by artist and lecturer, Dr Peat Blagg. Come along with a piece of work that you may want some feedback on or help from peers to if you feel stuck with it. - A big Maker Table where artists can sit together and be creative. Being an artist can often be a solo activity so it’s fun to do work on your art in a more social setting for a change.
- Your input – what do local artists need/want from future Artist Get Together events?
Refreshments will be available, such as tea, coffee and biscuits. We just ask for a small donation to the charity.
All activities are to be held on the ground floor and our building is wheelchair accessible with a disabled and inclusive loo.
Everyone is welcome and it is free to attend.
